Well, we have color going on the outside, Insulation finished, have the drywall almost hung and ready for finish, appliance’s have arrived. Soon the finishers will have this buttoned up and ready for color on the walls. Wood flooring is ready for delivery and mill package ordered. And there is Richie….installing fire stop.

We’re building a beautiful room addition on the east side of Columbus. We are enlarging the kitchen and master bedroom and bath, adding a family room, mud room, 1/2 bath, two car garage and a recreation room above the garage. At the start of this project we thought that the rain would never stop.
