Bryce, Shelly & Maggie W Project:
Scope of work: Whole house renovation
I enjoyed working with Bryce and Shelly. They contracted me for advice and renovation of their home. To cut costs on this large renovation they decided to do some of the work themselves. They did all the demo, some framing & electrical, sanding floors, and painting. I tell you its not often that a client gets their hands dirty with you. They worked hard always asking what I needed to stay ahead of me to keep me on my schedule. And they got it done!
The work I performed was:
- Raise sunken living room
- Framing
- Doors & Custom Millwork installation
- Oak Flooring installation
- Tile installation in Master Bath
- New cedar siding on partial of the house
Cabinets, Granite Top, and installation by Miller Cabinetry.
Had the opportunity to install custom cabinetry in the Baseball Hall of Fame, and The Lincoln Memorial. Damn…had some fun times on those projects. Met some wonderful people, and also was present for the induction of the “COF” hat!
This project I was sub contracted to install three skylights and drywall
Skylight installation
This is a bath project. I made the splash for the fixtures and the homeowner bought the bi fold doors on e-bay from a church and I modified them for shutters on the window.
